Warranty

We pride ourselves on quality in all that we do.
All our furniture is expertly crafted by skilled artisans and be assured that with proper maintenance and care, your East of Baku piece will last for many years to come.
We offer a 2 year structural warranty for domestic/ household use and a 1 year structural warranty for commercial use.

A copy of original invoice and a photo of the issue is required to process warranty requests. Please forward these items to hello@eastofbaku.com

 

Timber Furniture

Timber is a natural material and may 'move'- that is, expand or contract over time due to use and climatic conditions such as air conditioning, damp or dry air. This is not a fault but a natural occurrence and characteristic of timber.

It is therefore imperative that all timber pieces are maintained as per our Product Care page and are not exposed to; negligence, abuse, misuse, unreasonable use, improper maintenance and care, exposure to heat, water, sunlight, damp or salty air, chemicals or spills and this shall void any warranty.
