Refunds

Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges if you make an incorrect selection. This is supported under Australian Consumer Law.

Custom orders/ special order items cannot be cancelled or amended after you have placed your order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue ASAP.
