Shipping policy

East of Baku uses our own delivery drivers and third-party couriers/ delivery partners, depending on your order, location and time of delivery, for a specified fee which can vary depending on customer requirements.

For in stock items, at the time of ordering, please note down a preferred date and time you wish for delivery to take place and we will be in contact to confirm.

For pre-order items, we will notify you when the shipment arrives and will organise a delivery time with you once the stock arrives into our warehouse.

Important:

Please let us know of any potential obstacles, stairs and hazards when placing your order. Someone must also be present at the agreed delivery time to accept delivery of goods. If goods are unable to be delivered due to access or no one is present to accept delivery, the customer is liable to pay for return shipping back to our warehouse AND a re-delivery fee.
